ביטול עסקה והחזרת מוצרים

הלקוח יהא רשאי לבטל את העסקה תוך 14 יום ממועד הזמנת המוצר והתשלום, בהתאם ובכפוף להוראות כל דין, לרבות הוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א – 1981 והתקנות מכוחו.

יובהר ויודגש כי ביטול עסקה לאחר שהמוצר נשלח ללקוח, יהיה כפוף להשבת המוצר לחברת CONTRAST בהובלה של המוביל החברה בלבד על חשבונו של הלקוח כשהמוצר שלם, באריזתו המקורית, וללא פגיעה ו/או נזק ו/או פגם מכל מין וסוג שהוא.

יודגש ויובהר כי, ביטול העסקה ו/או החלפת המוצרים ו/או זיכוי ו/או השבת התמורה ייעשו בהתאם להוראות כל דין.

יובהר כי, בהתאם לכל דין, CONTRAST תהא רשאית לגבות דמי ביטול בשיעור של 30% מסכום העסקה ללא כשר להובלה עקב שהמוצר הוא בהזמנה מותאמת אישית ומיוחדת, בכל מקרה של ביטול העסקה שלא עקב פגם או אי התאמה, הכול בהתאם ובשיעורים הקבועים בדין.

הלקוח יהא רשאי להחליף את המוצר שהזמין במוצר אחר או לקבל תמורתו זיכוי לרכישה CONTRAST בתוך 30 ממועד קבלת המוצר ובלבד שהמוצר יוחזר לידי CONTRAST. בהתאם לתקנון החברה
