OUR WARRANTY

Rich Fashion & Accessories Ltd. (hereinafter "The Company") offers the following warranty for furniture manufactured by SITS of Poland and Woak of Switzerland.

We hereby warrant that the products we import and sell to each customer were manufactured from the finest materials, with no defects in materials, quality or workmanship.

The Company hereby undertakes, subject to the terms and for the duration specified herein, to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the product or any part thereof found to have been damaged by the Company or in production.

The warranty offered by the Company will apply only to the original purchaser of the furniture item, subject to the presentation of the original, valid warranty certificate.

A representative on behalf of the Company will call at the customer's residence to determine whether the Company's warranty applies according to this warranty, and, if possible – to repair the defect.

In the event that at the time of the representative's inspection, the customer fails to present the original, valid warranty certificate, or if the representative has established that the defect is not covered by this warranty, the customer will bear the cost of the inspection, as specified in the Company's price list.

Having completed the inspection, the Company's representative shall inform the customer of his/her findings and conclusions, the service process required and the estimated duration of this process.

To the extent possible, the actual repair shall be performed at the customer's residence.

It is hereby clarified explicitly that the time required in order to address different products and defects varies from one product to another and from one defect to another. The Company shall make every effort to complete the service and repair process at the earliest possible time.

To quell any doubt, it is hereby clarified explicitly that the time when the customer reported the defect to the Company's offices shall be regarded, in the matter of the warranty applicability, as the time when the defect was created.

The Company's warranty, as outlined herein, shall not apply in the following situations:

• Phenomena and characteristics regarded as reasonable wear or as acceptable, natural variations and occurrences in the product and/or the material, and/or natural processes over which the Company has no control.
• Blemishes, stains or defects caused as a result of negligence, unreasonable use or misuse, contrary to the manufacturer's care and maintenance instructions.

Points of Emphasis regarding the Warranty for Products by SITS of Poland

• Warranty period for frames: four (4) years.
• Warranty period for foam and acrylic filling: four (4) years.
• Warranty period for feather and silicone filling: three (3) years.
• Warranty period for fabric and leather upholstery: twelve (12) months.

Leather Finishes

As leather is a natural product, there can be no two identical hides. The characteristics of each hide may be affected by color shade and texture variations, scars, wrinkles and stretch marks.

Fabric Finishes

• All products are manufactured with European-made fabrics exclusively, with color shades and patterns matching the manufacturer's catalog to a level of 98%. In the event that a fabric product requires service, the customer shall submit the fabric sample attached to the product.
• Fabric products must not be cleaned using any type of moist wipe.
• Please adhere to the manufacturer's instructions on the product label.

Feather Filling

Feather-filled pillows/cushions normally show a 7% loss of feathers as use commences. To reshape the feather filling, shake the pillow/cushion in the manner described in the manufacturer's instructional video.

Points of Emphasis regarding the Warranty for Products by WOAK of Switzerland

• Warranty for natural wood products, carpentry, upholstery, oven-baked paint finish, et al.: two (2) years, excluding breakage and defects caused by unreasonable use.
• The warranty shall not apply to scratches, stains and blemishes caused by negligent use. A self-care kit is supplied with each product.
• Color shade variations and wood ageing are acceptable and inevitable characteristics of natural wood products.
• The warranty shall not apply to breakage of glass elements caused after the delivery to the customer's residence.
• Color shade matching – the product is made from a natural raw material. The color shades match the manufacturer's catalog to a level of 95%.
• Warranty for complementary products by other manufacturers (coffee tables, dinner tables and chairs, commodes and cabinets, etc.) is twelve (12) months and covers breakage (other than glass elements), and rust (other than caused by scratches). As stated, the warranty shall not apply to breakage of glass elements caused after the delivery.
• The warranty shall not apply to blemishes and stains on fabric or artificial leather upholstery of chairs and armchairs.

Accessories & Home Décor Products

• Warranty for accessories and home décor products: fourteen (14) days only from delivery.
• The warranty shall not apply to products of this category damaged or broken or torn in the customer's residence or during delivery.

Wrought Iron Furniture

• Warranty for wrought iron furniture is one (1) year only. The warranty shall not apply to rust, scratches and defects owing to incorrect assembly by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for approving the design and color shade vis-à-vis the Company.
• Our paint finish shades match the RAL color chart for oven baked finishes only. Spray paint matching the original RAL color chart to a level of 95% is available for minor paintwork touch-up operations.

Ex-Display Furniture

Ex-display furniture items are sold "as-is". The Company's warranty shall not apply to external defects originating from or claimed to have originated from the furniture item having served as a display item. In any case, the warranty for such furniture items shall be one (1) year only from the date of delivery.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

• Avoid exposure to sunlight. Direct sunlight and UV radiation lead to color fading.
• Keep furniture items away from heat sources.
• Avoid contact with walls or any other hard object.
• Never use detergents other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Never use moist wipes of any kind.
• Dust and vacuum thoroughly once a month and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
• Oil mechanisms once every two months.
• To reposition a sofa, seating corner or sofa-bed, never drag, pull or push the item across the floor. Lift the item up completely and reposition carefully.
• Shake feather-filled pillows/cushions in the manner described in the manufacturer's instructional video.

The warranty shall not apply to self-haul transportation by the customer from the moment of delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility for such delivery.

In the event that the service required should include transportation to a repair facility or service at the customer's residence, the customer shall be charged for the transport as specified in the Company's price list.

We comply with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law!

• We offer a fourteen (14) day exchange option.
• Credit vouchers are valid for six (6) months only.
• Purchases shall be refunded in the following ways:
• Payments made with a credit card shall be refunded to the same credit account used to pay for the transaction.
• Payments made in cash or by check shall be refunded by a bank transfer or check (subject to the Company's discretion).
• All refunds shall be made within ten (10) working days.
• A 30% cancellation fee shall be charged for cancellations of special orders.
• Transport/delivery charges shall not be refunded.
• Only items returned in perfect condition shall be refunded.
