CONTRAST will deliver the products purchased through the website, to the address in Israel that the customer specifies when ordering, according to the terms detailed below. CONTRAST undertakes to deliver only products for which the consideration has been paid in full (including for transportation) and to the address specified by the customer.
The product is a special order and therefore the delivery time is maximum and estimated and cannot be canceled without cancellation fees.
Deliveries will be made within approximately 90 business days. (excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays) with the beginning of their counting being the day of receipt of transaction confirmation from the credit company.
CONTRAST will do its best to advance the delivery date and/or adapt it to the customer’s needs.
It is not possible to collect the product yourself for products purchased on the site
Items that require the use of a crane – additional cost starting from 350 NIS depending on the desired floor (payment is directly to the carrier)
Items over 190 cm that do not fit in the elevator must be made sure that they can be lifted up the stairs, up to the 2nd floor is included in the transportation price, above the second floor an additional payment for the carriers (according to the carrier price list)
Items over 220 cm require special treatment, must be checked and clarified with customer service before purchase. (And provide measurements of the elevator)
CONTRAST will not be responsible for any delay in delivery and/or non-delivery that may result from incorrect and/or inaccurate and incomplete specifications provided by the customer and/or as a result of force majeure and/or events beyond the control of CONTRAST, including strikes, shutdowns, security emergencies, etc.
The customer will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of ordering the product and payment, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of all laws, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 and the regulations thereunder.

It is clarified and emphasized that cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer will be subject to the return of the product to CONTRAST, transported by the company’s carrier only at the customer’s expense, with the product intact, in its original packaging, and without damage and/or defect of any kind.
It is emphasized and clarified that, cancellation of the transaction and/or replacement of the products and/or credit and/or refund of the consideration will be made in accordance with the provisions of any law.
It is clarified that, in accordance with any law, CONTRAST will be entitled to charge cancellation fees at a rate of 30% of the transaction amount, excluding transportation fees, due to the product being a personalized and special order, in any case of cancellation of the transaction not due to a defect or incompatibility, all in accordance with and at the rates set forth in the law.
The customer will be entitled to replace the product he ordered with another product or receive a credit for a CONTRAST purchase in return within 30 days of receipt of the product, provided that the product is returned to CONTRAST. In accordance with the company’s regulations
CONTRAST is responsible for repairing any defect or deficiency that is discovered in the products and that results from a manufacturing defect and/or defective materials, until the end of one year from the date the products are delivered to the customer, and the following instructions will apply:
CONTRAST will not be responsible for any defect and/or deficiency that is caused and/or results from damage and/or improper use and/or maintenance, including malice and/or negligence and/or use of products for purposes other than their intended purpose and/or use of products contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions and/or due to wear and tear from use of the products and/or installation and/or repair not performed by a party on behalf of the company.
For the avoidance of doubt, CONTRAST will not be responsible for any defect and/or deficiency and/or damage that results from natural disasters such as flooding, fire, etc., and will not be responsible for wear and tear from use of the product.
CONTRAST will not be responsible for any damage caused to the products during transportation and/or assembly not performed by professionals on behalf of the company.
The aforementioned CONTRAST warranty will apply provided that the customer inspected the product immediately upon receipt and provided that the customer notified CONTRAST of the existence of the defect immediately after its discovery. To exercise warranty in such a case, please contact CONTRAST’s customer service.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that, in products that combine natural materials such as stone, natural wood, fabrics or leathers, there may be a slight difference between the shade of the product supplied to the customer and the shade he selected in the display and/or in the catalog, and the customer will have no claims in this regard, without detracting from the right to cancel the transaction, as detailed above.
Without derogating from the generality of the above, to the attention of customers:
When purchasing wooden products, the customer confirms that he is aware that wood is a natural material that requires treatment at least once a year with the recommended oil and is sold by CONTRAST only.
The warranty that CONTRAST provides to the customer by virtue of the supplier abroad and according to the supplier’s regulations, the product has a 12-month warranty only. When purchasing upholstered products, the customer confirms that he is aware that there is no warranty on upholstery for fading, mold and abrasion.
